Custom Tattoo Request Form

Fill out this form if you’re interested in working on a custom project together!

+ Filling out this form does not guarantee I can take on your project, as I cannot accommodate all requests with my schedule. I will be selecting projects that are most in line with my style. I will also be prioritizing clients I have worked with in the past.

+ I am interested in tattooing things like botanicals, birds, fish, rope, tools, folky designs. I am NOT interested in tattooing text, anything in color, cover-ups, or things way outside the work you normally see from me. I also am open to doing variations on flash pieces I have done in the past!

+ I will be booking for December and January ONLY at this time.

+ If your custom project is selected I will email you to set up your appt and to collect a deposit.
